We make every effort to complete work on schedule. However, weather, material availability, insurance timelines, and other factors outside our control may affect project dates. We will keep you informed and reschedule as needed to complete the work safely and correctly.

6. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on labor and materials is described in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms. Warranties may be void if work performed by others, alterations, or lack of proper maintenance affects the installation.

To help your project go smoothly, you agree to:

• Secure or remove fragile items in and around the work area
