Christopher Navas and Richard Seymour started OSAAT in 2025 after years inside a roofing industry they felt had stopped treating homeowners fairly. Chris came up through the manufacturing and install side of metal and shingle roofing. Richard came up through retail, commercial, and insurance work across several states, with his focus on Central Texas.
Two owners run every job, start to finish. We inspect the whole roof, document it with photos and video, meet your insurance adjuster on-site, and tell you the truth even when it is not what you hoped to hear. That is the whole business, one step at a time.
